By using the Can Crush application you agree to these Terms of Service.
Can Crush is a recreational application designed to measure the diameter of crushed aluminum beverage cans from user-submitted photographs. The app is free to use and supported by non-intrusive advertising.
Users may upload images to the platform. By uploading images you grant Can Crush permission to process those images for measurement, leaderboard ranking, competition participation, and display within the app. You retain ownership of your original photographs.

Leaderboard rankings are generated automatically based on on-device image analysis. Submissions are subject to automated integrity checks including plausibility validation, duplicate detection, and shape uniformity analysis. Results may be removed, flagged, or the associated account suspended if abuse or manipulation is detected.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Profile screen. See our Account Deletion page for details.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Can Crush LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
